Common questions.
What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing saves roughly 17% versus paying month-to-month. You are billed for the full year upfront and can cancel before your renewal date.
Do I have to buy Claire and Automation?
No. The CRM, Claire and Automation are three separate products and you can buy any combination of them. Plenty of people run just the CRM, and plenty run Claire on top of the CRM they already have.
How do Claire and Automation get billed?
Purely on usage, through credits. There is no monthly fee and no per-contact fee for either one, so switching them on costs nothing. Credits are drawn per text, per email sent and per minute of AI voice. If you stop using them, you stop spending.
Do I get a discount for buying CRM and Claire together?
Yes. Pick a CRM plan and a Claire tier together in the Bundle & Save view and you get 10% off the combined price of the two, applied automatically for as long as you keep both. It's a discount on the fixed fees only; Automation has no fixed fee to discount, and the discount recalculates if you change your CRM plan or Claire tier.
What if I need more seats than my tier includes?
Add them at any time. Extra seats are $30 each on Solo, $20 on Team and $10 on Expansion per month, so the more seats you run the less each one costs. You are never forced up a tier just to add one person.
Is there a contact limit?
No. Every CRM tier includes unlimited contacts with no overage billing. Import your whole database on day one without it changing your bill.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you never lose paid-up time.
Is my data shared with other agents or brokerages?
Never. Every workspace is completely isolated. Your contacts, scores, and campaign history are yours alone and are never blended with other workspaces or resold.
How quickly can I cancel?
You can cancel from Settings at any time with a single click. Your account and data remain accessible until the end of your billing period. We don't lock you in.
